“ I learnt a lot of new things about cocoa , from its production in Madagascar to its processing in Zaandam. I also learnt why Zaandam can be regarded as the cocoa capital of Europe. What’s more, we were able to taste the cocoa ourselves and get involved in the production process. It was great fun and very informative!”
